Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Return
- Email us at PropellerandThread@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the item back to us using a carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer free return shipping on exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us and we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
